The Madison County attorney said he plans to try a 15-year-old boy as an adult for setting fire to his mother's house.

Madison County Attorney Joe Smith said Taylor Pentland was arrested last week.

The fire two weeks ago caused an estimated $80,000 damage, but no one was hurt. The boy's mother lives in the house; he lives with his father in Madison, but is a student in Norfolk.

Court documents say the boy already has a juvenile conviction for setting a fire at the same house in November. He told authorities that he was upset by an incident on his birthday, so set a fire in a bathroom of the house.
