The push for last minute voters is on.

The polls will be open to voters in just ten hours and both Democratic candidates for Senate are campaigning up to the last minute. Both candidates said they're excited to finally know if all their efforts were worth while.

Tony Raimondo spent they day talking to organizations that provide aid to people in Lincoln. Meanwhile, Scott Kleeb held a last minute rally to get people excited about his campaign and remind people to get out and vote.

Scott Kleeb is a college professor with a message of change. Tony Raimondo is a Columbus businessman who claims experience in creating jobs. Both are making a final push for votes as they vie for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate.

"Each week we've just gained momentum. People are telling me they've seen the ads, they like the ads, they like my experience and background," said Raimondo Monday afternoon heading into Tuesday's primary.

"That's what people really like about my campaign, that it's grounded here in Nebraska; about the change message that we need around our state and what we need for our country's future," said Scott Kleeb just a few hours later.

Kleeb spent the day telling supporters to go to the polls and planning last minute strategy for Tuesday.

"This is going to be clear up until the end so I'm feeling confident people are taking their democracy back, they're owning it," said Kleeb.

Raimondo spent the day meeting people at the grass roots level.

"What people have found out is what I've really done for the last 20 or 30 years in Nebraska, is being very close to working people and working families," Raimondo said.

Raimondo responded once again to criticism for switching parties to run as a Democrat.

"I mention that I've supported Senator Bob Kerry. I supported Senator Nelson. So I've clearly shown I've been a moderate for the 30 years I've been in Nebraska.

Meanwhile, Kleeb addressed his lack of experience.

"(People) recognize that we can't keep sending the same people back and expect to get different results, that we have to make a clean break," he said of current Washington politics.

Both had a final message to voters.

"We're encouraging every last person to come out and vote," said Kleeb.

"(We have) a lot of confidence in Nebraska voters," said Raimondo.

Raimondo will spend tomorrow at the Omaha Royals Baseball game stumping for last minute voters while Kleeb and volunteers will be pushing to get people to the polls.

Both candidates will be voting and say everyone who is eligible should too.

Polls open at 8 Tuesday morning. 10/11 will have full live coverage at the Raimondo, Kleeb and Johanns campaigns all day Tuesday.

I don't Trust Tony Raimondo just like I don't Trust Joe Lieberman now,Joe switched Parties cause he couldn't hack it in the party he was in,Now Joe follow's John McCain around like a Little puppy hoping he will be McCain's running mate,Tony is the same way,He couldn't hack it in his Party either,The only thing that has changed about him is the Political Name, other then that he is still the same man as before he switched over to be a Democrat, that should be scary for the Democratic Party.
