Authorities believe alcohol was a factor in an rollover car accident that ejected a woman 50 feet from a vehicle.

Gage County authorities say it happened on a country road near Pickrell Monday.

Authorities say 22-year-old Laci Armstrong of Pickrell lost control of the vehicle and rolled two and a half times before coming to rest in a cornfield.

Her passenger, 22-year-old Sabrina Jurgens also of Pickrell, was thrown from the vehicle and flown to BryanLGH West.

Armstrong was also taken to the hospital.
