Lincoln police are looking for a man they believe robbed a gas station just before dusk Saturday night.

Police say it happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday at the Skorohod Standard Station, 6236 Vine Street.

Police said the suspect walked into the gas station with a hand gun and demanded the clerk give him money from the register.

He then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police are searching for a white male in his late 30s. They said he's 5' 9" and 230 pounds.

He was described as unshaven, with black hair and last seen wearing dark green shorts, a light colored t-shirt, sunglasses and a black hat.
