Authorities are no longer on the lookout for an escaped Lancaster County jail inmate who ran away from care at BryanLGH West.

Patrick Carey, 21, escaped custody on Friday but turned himself in Monday morning.

He's serving a one-year sentence at the Lancaster County Jail for third-degree sexual assault but was being treated at BryanLGH West.

According to police, the fire alarm was pulled at the hospital Friday morning. While Carey's area was being evacuated, he was able to run away from the hospital.
