A woman who said she was filmed by an employee of a Lincoln gym as she prepared to tan in the nude has filed a lawsuit claiming invasion of privacy.

The lawsuit filed this week in Lancaster County District Court names Lincoln Fitness Systems, Gold's Gym Inc. and former employee Zachary Armstrong of Lincoln.

The 22-year-old Armstrong has been charged with unlawful intrusion in the April incident. He's pleaded not guilty.

According to police, the 24-year-old woman said she saw a cell phone sticking over a partitioned wall as she was preparing to tan. The wall did not reach all the way to the ceiling.

The lawsuit said the woman has suffered from humiliation and embarrassment, and she worries that the video may have been posted online.
