Lincoln police say 24-year-old Aaron Flowers has turned himself in after crashing into five parked cars while driving drunk, causing $11,000 in damage.

Officers were sent to the area of the crashes just before 2 a.m. Thursday and found cars scratched, dented and at least one smashed. Flowers had fled on foot.

But around 3 a.m., Flowers walked into a fast food restaurant and asked employees to call police.

Police arrested him on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving under suspension, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, having no insurance and not wearing a seat belt.

Police said Flowers had a BAC of .138.
