A rural Filley man was in court Thursday, charged for first-degree sexual assault of a minor.

William Kelley, Jr., 37, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl between August of 2006 and August of 2007.

And innocent plea was made on that charge and a jury trial was set for Oct. 27.

Kelley also faces drug charges in a different case.

Kelley is the husband of Ann Marie Kelley who went missing last April.

He was the last person to see his wife and is described as a person of interest in the case.
