Lincoln police believe 50 year old Brian Walters of Bellevue called in a bomb threat to Kaplan University in Lincoln Monday night. The building was evacuated while the threat was investigated.

A police spokesperson said they believe Walters made the threat after recieving telemarketing phone calls from the University.

Bellevue police arrested Walters Monday night.
