A psychologist at Pershing Elementary in Lincoln has been cited for 3rd degree child neglect for an incident at school.
Police say Troy Baker works with children with behavior problems at Pershing and on September 2nd he was with an 8 year old boy who repeatedly asked to go to the bathroom for a two hour period.
Police say each time Baker redirected the child to school work and eventually the boy soiled himself.
The student's parents reported the incident to police and Baker was cited and released for 3rd degree neglect on 9-3.
He has not been charged yet.
