Bellevue Police were notified by the California Highway Patrol that Kiaran "Jack" Norman has been located. The 2-year-old Kiaran was reported missing in late July when his father failed to return the boy to his mother.

The boy's father, Justin Norman and step-mother, Heather Norman were found in a stolen van outside of Oceanside California. Kiaran is in good condition and his mother, Jaime Whitmire, Tuesday morning was already on her way to pick him up. Justin Norman was arrested on the outstanding Sarpy County warrant. Both Justin Norman and Heather Norman also face several local charges in California.
