The cases involving the drug arrests of Lincoln firefighter-paramedics John Massie and Mark Eberspacher are moving through the court system.

They both waived their right to a preliminary hearing and their cases have been bound over to Lancaster County District Court.

They are both scheduled to be arraigned October 22nd.

The state has suspended their paramedic and emt certificates.

Eberspacher is accused of stealing a woman's painkillers. Massie is accused of stealing morphine from an ambulance.
