North Korea says it will resume dismantling its Yongbyon nuclear complex and allow U.S. and IAEA inspections to verify the process.

North Korea's Foreign Ministry says in a statement Sunday that it made the decision after the U.S. said it would remove the communist regime from its list of terrorism-sponsoring countries.

The statement was carried by the North's official Korean Central News Agency.
