	Sep 25, 2008 - Safe Haven Law Information An Omaha man left 9 children at an Omaha hospital under Nebraska's Safe Haven law. As of Sept. 25, 14 children have been abandoned under the law which allows parents to leave children at a hospital without fear of prosecution for child neglect.
