A 24-year-old Lincoln man is facing charges for terroristic threats after pulling a gun on a teenager.

Lincoln Police say Robert Cummins was at a party, where an 18-year-old woman brought her laptop to listen to music.

She realized the laptop was missing when she went to leave.

Police say Cummins then went to the home of a 17-year-old who had been at the party and accused him of taking the computer.

That's where he took out a gun and pointed it at the teen.

He was arrested a short time later.

Police have not found the laptop.
