Kearney Business Destroyed by Fire Save Email Print

A Kearney business is destroyed by an early-morning fire.

Fire officials say the True Value hardware store is a total loss.

The Kearney Volunteer Fire Department was called to the blaze at about 3:20 Monday morning. The Gibbon Volunteer Department also was called to help. in the quick-burning fire.

Store owner Andy Donovan said the State Fire Marshall's office is still investigating and trying to find the origin of the blaze. Donovan said he plans to rebuild the store.

He had no immediate damage estimate.
