Lincoln police took a 75-year-old man to jail for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

It all happened at Kohl's department store.

"Apparently a 9-year-old girl was in the shoe department of the store when Perfecto Jimenez, a Lincoln man, approached her. He patted her on the buttocks and then caressed her cheek in an intimate manner. She immediately went to her mother and told her mom of the incident. As they walked around the store, the man continued to follow them, watching the 9-year-old girl," explained Officer Katie Flood.

Kohl's customer service center and police responded and Jimenez was cited for third degree sexual assault.
