Omaha Police arrested a third man Friday who is facing the same murder charges as a former Nebraska football player.

Police took 21-year-old Ahmad Johnson into custody Friday. He is alleged to be involved in a shooting that left one man dead and another critically injured.

Police had arrested former Nebraska running back Thunder Collins on Wednesday, along with Karnell Burton.

Two other people also are facing related drug charges.

Latoya Richardson is charged with criminal conspiracy. Darryl Reed is charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Court records say the controlled substance is more than 140 grams of cocaine.

Police say both were arrested early Wednesday.
