Three teens were arrested Sunday after a joyride in a stolen vehicle.
Lincoln police say a 17 and 16 year old walked away from a rehab center in Iowa Friday night. Police say the pair stole a Dodge pick-up nearby with the keys inside and drove to Lincoln where one of the teen's twin lives.
On the joyride police say the teens ran into a fire hydrant and left the bumper and license plate behind, which initiated a search for the truck.
Officers found the truck near 48th and Rentworth and tied the vehicle to the teens.
At 2:30 police say they arrested all three suspects. Police say they found several items stolen from the truck inside the apartment and the teens were arrested for being in possession of stolen property.
