Khiry Cooper
6’2”, 175-pound Wide Receiver

Khiry Cooper could become Nebraska’s version of Deion Sanders. A stand-out in both football and baseball, Cooper has expressed interest to join the Husker baseball team. The 3-star wide-out’s strongest asset is his speed. Cooper recorded 16 steals for his high school baseball team this past season, while also using his 4.5 40-yard dash speed to run past defensive backs. The Shreveport, Louisiana native had nearly 2,400 receiving yards in his prep career. Cooper, who scored 42 touchdowns at Calvary Academy HS, turned down Arkansas, Michigan, and Tulsa among others.
