Each Thursday during 10/11 This Morning and 10/11 News at Six, KOLN/KGIN will air a sixty-second feature called "Turpin Time". "Turpin Time" will reflect on a variety of outdoor topics including hunting, fishing, parks, nature viewing, flora-fauna profiles, wildlife/habitat management projects, special events, tips and occasional fables with imbedded points on outdoor safety and ethics.

"Turpin Time" is hosted by Lincoln, Nebraska's very own Dick Turpin. He's a life-long veteran of outdoor pursuits and is a recent retiree of the Game and Parks Commisssion. His professional backgound with the Commission includes safety/education coordination and years of performance as a conservation officer.
